This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It exists because the panel, its free subdomains and its monitors are shared by many accounts, and a single bad actor can affect everyone.
You may not use the Service to
- host, deploy or distribute content that is illegal where you or we are located, including material that infringes copyright or trademarks, child sexual abuse material, or content that incites violence or hatred;
- attack, scan, flood or otherwise interfere with any system you do not own or have permission to test, including other dockxo users’ servers;
- send unsolicited bulk email or messages, or operate phishing pages or malware, including through the free
<label>.<server>subdomains; - use monitors to probe, load-test or harass third-party sites, or to reach private networks;
- mine cryptocurrency on servers you do not own or without the owner’s consent;
- circumvent limits, security measures or access controls of the Service, or use another user’s account;
- resell the Service or offer it as your own without our written agreement;
- deploy anything that, on purpose or by negligence, harms the operation of the panel, the agent or Traefik on shared infrastructure.
Free subdomains
Free subdomains under our base domain are a convenience for development, staging and small projects. They must not be used for phishing, brand impersonation, or content that would cause the base domain to be blocked or blacklisted. We may remove a subdomain or a wildcard record at any time to protect the domain.
Fair use during the beta
There are no numeric limits during the beta. We reserve the right to throttle or ask you to reduce usage that is far outside normal use of a deployment panel (for example thousands of monitors at the shortest interval, or continuous builds that saturate the panel’s job queue).
Reporting abuse
Write to [email protected] with the domain or account involved and what you observed. We answer every report.
Enforcement
We may warn, throttle, suspend or terminate an account that violates this policy. Where the violation harms third parties or the Service, we may act without notice.
