dockxo is currently a public beta. These terms supplement the Terms of Service while the beta lasts.
What you get
- Every feature of the panel, with no plan limits: unlimited servers, projects, services, domains, monitors, backup plans and team members.
- No charge, no card, no trial period.
- Direct access to the people building it: [email protected], and a changelog that is updated with every release.
What we ask
- Tell us what breaks. A short email with what you did and what happened is the most valuable thing a beta user can send.
- Keep your own backups. The backup feature writes to your bucket and the sealed project file is designed so a bucket alone can rebuild a project. Use it. Beta software may have defects and we may need to reset parts of the Service.
- Read the Acceptable Use Policy. The panel and the free subdomains are shared.
What may change
- Features may be added, changed or removed between releases. The changelog records every change.
- We may need to run maintenance at short notice. Where possible we announce it ahead.
- We may introduce paid plans when the beta ends. If we do, we will announce them at least 30 days in advance, beta accounts will keep their projects and configuration, and we will offer a reasonable path for existing users. We will never charge without your explicit agreement.
Data
Your applications and data run on your servers and in your buckets and remain yours throughout. Account and configuration data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Duration
The beta lasts until we announce a general-availability release on the changelog and by email. There is no fixed date.
