These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the dockxo panel at panel.dockxo.com, the dockxo website, the dockxo agent software and related tools (together, the “Service”), operated by dockxo (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy and, while the Service is in beta, the Beta Program Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you may bind that company.
1. The Service
dockxo is a control panel. It stores the configuration of your projects and services, coordinates deployments, and talks to an agent that you install on servers you own or rent from a third party. Your applications, containers, volumes and data run on your servers and in storage buckets you control. We do not host your applications and we do not have access to your servers except through the agent’s connection, which you can end at any time by removing the agent.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials, for enabling two-factor authentication if you want it, for every API token you create, and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Your servers and your content
You keep every right to the code, images, data and other content you deploy or store through the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us only the limited right to store, process and transmit Your Content as needed to provide the Service — for example to hold encrypted environment variables, to send a build to your server, or to stream a backup to your bucket on your instruction. You are responsible for Your Content, for the servers you connect, for the third-party services you integrate (GitHub, Cloudflare, Telegram, storage providers) and for complying with their terms and with the law.
4. Beta, fees and changes
The Service is provided as a public beta. During the beta all features are available at no charge and without plan limits. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we will announce them at least 30 days ahead, and no charge will ever be made without your explicit agreement. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service. Where a change materially reduces what your account can do, we will try to give reasonable notice.
5. Security and secrets
We encrypt environment variables, tokens and credentials at rest and require HTTPS for the panel and agent connections. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for keeping your own servers patched, for restricting published ports, and for choosing strong passphrases for sealed backups. We never see your backup passphrase and cannot recover a sealed project file without it.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for anything described in the Acceptable Use Policy, including unlawful content, attacks on other systems, spam, malware, or abuse of the free subdomains or monitors. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it, immediately where harm to others or to the Service is involved.
7. Availability and support
We aim to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation, especially during the beta. Planned maintenance is announced on the changelog when possible. Support during the beta is provided by email at [email protected] on a best-effort basis.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings; this removes your configuration from our systems within 30 days (backups in your own buckets and containers on your own servers are not touched — they are yours). We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, for prolonged inactivity during the beta, or if we discontinue the Service, in which case we will give notice and a reasonable period to export your data.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THIS IS BETA SOFTWARE AND MAY CONTAIN DEFECTS.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND EUR 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from Your Content, your servers, or your breach of these Terms or of the law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Istanbul have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court. Consumers keep any mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The “updated” date at the top tells you when. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the panel at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
